"Guitar Man"
Sound:
This guitar plays great with a light strings. Without being plugged in, the sound is very crisp. Not a traditional dread sound, but loud enough for small gigs. Plugged in, Sounds great! Love the electronic tuner. I play praise, slow rock, and country. I often use this guitar over my more expensive ones. This guitar was listed for $550.00 when I went to purchase it. When I went to pick it up, it had gone down to $399.00. I would have purchased it even at the higher price.
Feature:
I gave the tuner a 10, along with looks, and solid spruce top.
Ease of Use:
This guitar is very easy to play. I use a Fender stage 1600 and tune it into the acoustic mode, and get a great sound. Little feedback from time to time. Just have to tune down a bit. The pre-amp is very powerful, you get plenty of volume so you need not have to turn the volume up so loud. The manual was very clear. It came in handy, since I do my own set-ups. You will find this guitar is worth what you paid for, and sounds better than average in its price range.
Quality:
I have had no problems with the cosmetics on this guitar, no loose parts It is a very dependable guitar, no problems on the road.
Manufacturer Support:
So far, I have never had to deal with Fender. And I have had this guitar for a couple of yrs. I hope I never have to deal with them.
Value:
Good selling price compared to guitar in this price range.
The Wow Factor:
I find the type of woods used to make this guitar are very appealing. Different than your typical rosewood used on many guitars.
Overall:
I would replace it with another Fender in that price range. Probably, would replace it with the same guitar.
