    "Strats are the best, ever."

This reviewer purchased this item from Same Day Music.

    Feature:
The gig bag is pretty generic, but the guitar seems very well made despite being a Mexican Strat. I feel like I bought a great guitar and saved quite a bit of money by not splurging for an American Strat. The finish (mine is arctic white) goes well with the maple fretboard. It's a very attractive looking guitar.

    Quality:
Well made mexican Strat. I plan on having this guitar forever, it will play some gigs someday. I really don't think I'll have any problems... it's a Fender.

    Value:
Saved lots of $$$ buying the Mexican model, and it sounds just as good.

    Desirability:
The Stratocaster has looked the same since the mid 50's... it was sexy as hell then, and still is today.

    Sound:
I bought my Strat for the classic Strat sound. Nothing compares to it. I threw new strings on right away, put 2 more springs in the underside of the bridge, and the tone is great. I'll eventually upgrade the pickups, but I play with a Fender FM combo amp that has tons of settings and effects, so I can get different sounds.

    Ease of Use:
Strats are easy to play. The neck is very comfortable and smooth, frets are smooth, this is a great guitar and very fun to play. The 5 way toggle switch gives you tons of sound options. The manual is crap, some generic pamplet that seems thrown together. I'll turn the other cheek and buy the 'Stratocaster Handbook'.

    Support:
never dealt with them, so I dunno. I'm sure they're friendly, though, they're a respectable company.

    Overall:
I have always wated a Strat, and my expectations were sky high. And I'm not disappointed, I have only praise for this guitar, nothing bad to say. Tons of musicians over the years have chosen this guitar for a reason... Stratocaster sound!

    "Great guitar for the price."

This reviewer purchased this item from Same Day Music.

    Feature:
    Loved the vintage look.

    Quality:
Very well made, the sunburst finish is gorgeous.

    Desirability:
    Want it? I had it.

    Sound:
This is a great Strat for the price. i wanted the Buddy Holly look and sound, and with the vintage style string tree and vintage synchronized tremolo this baby is close! I upgraded to the American standard Strat and wanted to keep both.

    Ease of Use:
Great sound, great quality for the entry level Strat.

    Support:
    didn't need any at all.

    "THE MACHINE"

    Feature:
For the price, you're still getting a real Fender tremolo and fender tuners. The body is actually two peaces of wood, but most guitars are like that anyway.

    Quality:
The quality is excellent. The tuners can handle the most radical bends even with a set of twelves! The only problem I had was that the 56 string broke the nut, but I got a bone nut and now it sounds even better! If the frets were set in a little better it would probably play just as good as the American strat!

    Value:
Is's probably worth more like 550.

    Desirability:
I love how smoothly fender strats are shaped. It looks down and dirty, yet rich and refined all at once.

    Sound:
The sound stock is excellent in the neck pickup, but to bright in the bridge pickup. I installed a set of Seymour Duncan Quarter Pounders in mine and it sounds better than any stock guitar I've ever played.

    Support:
I've only had it for two years and I havent needed to deal with them.

    Overall:
Buy it. If it isn't hard enough, get a fat or double fat strat with a rosewood fretboard. For any style of music, you won't be more satisfied, especially at this price!

    "Great Guitar!"

    Feature:
features are pretty standard, nothing too special about them, they work like they should though.

    Quality:
great for the money. Will probably last a lifetime if you take care of it. the bridge and screws tend to rust over time though.

    Value:
if you want a good guitar but can't afford a gibson or any of the other expensive brands then definitley check this out.

    Desirability:
when i first saw this guitar it was all i wanted. but now im a more experienced player and I lean more tward les pauls.

    Sound:
Excellent strat sound if thats what your into, although i do suggest getting a humbucker put in. gives a great les paul sound with the toggle switch turned to the neck pickup.

"Guitar to keep through the years."

    Feature:
Maple neck is fast, smooth through bends, and the tuning machines hold true throughout. It should come with a black pickguard tho...

    Quality:
Greatly built guitar. Pretty solid and comfprtable.

    Value:
Great guitar for about 350 dollars. By the way, ive tried Americans and theyre not much different than the standards so why waste your money on an American. Get a Standard!

    Desirability:
This guitar has nice curves. This was my first guitar and Im definitely keeping it through the years. Its a good guitar to have as the bedrock of your setup.

    Sound:
Single coils are versatile for good all around music, any kind of music. Not much problems. Also the tone knobs give chance to different sounds.

    Support:
Didnt have any trouble because i've had no problems.

    Desirability:
