"Very nice amp"

Feature:
You can give it a punchy, or a more rich sound. Overall, not too bad.

Quality:
Not a scratch on it. It is good for small garage shows I think but I would still combine it with another amp like I do for a band practice or a small show. This thing looks like it could last forever. The metal grille in front of the speaker is very strong this thing could easily take a beating. The worst aspect of the quality would probably be the little static sound when its on full blast, but I dotn think it's any big deal because it's not very loud.

Value:
I think the 75 watts you get is well worth 180 dollars.

Desirability:
This thing looked like it was calling to me I knew it was right for me. The little light that comes out of the bottom is kinda cool cuz it goes along with the rythym you're playing.

Sound:
The sound is very clear, even when its at full blast, therese just a small static sound when its on full blast, but no big deal really.

Support:
I'm not sure I haven't needed service yet, but I will assume it's good because it's fender.

Overall:
This will satisfy me for a good year or so until I need a bigger amp for bigger gigs, but It will still be a great practice amp.

"just get this amazing little amp, best for the price."

Feature:
some nice features for a budget amp - the effects loop is very unusual in a cheap amp, and great for sending the signal out to the big pa for gigs (using amp as loud monitor). headphone jack is great, aux in is unusual and very handy for practicing (connect my ipod to it), plus a dedicated active bass pickup input jack with corrected impedence and input levels. Just great design.

Quality:
seems really good... except for the sound artifact listed above.

Value:
unbelievable - amps this price sounded crap years ago, and amps this size were just crap too. This is a pro level amp.

Desirability:
I think it's kewl - and that red light that changes as you play is sooooooooooooooooo nice.

Sound:
Absolutely amazing tone. I'm a pro bassist for 23 years, session work, live gigging, solo performance bass work, and this amp has a tone that I wish my $12,000 stereo twin cab 8x8" plus 2x15" concert amp had. Absolutely great tone. Excellent tone controls, very versatile, even does justice to the low b string on my 5-string (but not as well as a big amp would). I simply love the tone of my basses through this amp - it's made me want to play more often just for fun again. I play an alembic series I ($10,000 bass anybody?), a squire p-j 5 string (nice bass), and occasional custom made fretless basses. Also an 8 string once in a while. All sound great, but the squire (same as fender) sounds great through it with nickel plated strings. only problem (and strange considering it's not supposed to do this) is that in the high range on my bass's lower strings, when playing hard (for solos etc), it can suddenly break into really REALLY nasty distortion from hell, evil sound. I think it's the speaker breaking up. NOT kewl, and this amp's limited is supposed to prevent that. But it has to be pretty loud for that to happen.

Overall:
buy it. won't go wrong. best amp for the money and size, period. better than amps that cost twice as much but are the same small size.

Sound:
I think this is one of fenders best amps because it is great for someone who travels alot and wants a great quality sound out of such a small amp. And it is plenty loud enough to play with your church band in church and still be herd!!!!
