The Fishman Classic 4 is the best sounding preamp I've played. The neck is very comfortable. The balance is fine and tuners are great.
Quality:
Not bad for an import. Satin finish is fine.
Value:
For $500, I play this bass more often than my $1500 Martin.
Sound:
Plugged in, this is the best sounding ABG I've heard (and I've played a lot of them). Very smooth and punchy, great for bluegrass or any other amplified acoustic music. Sounds great through an amp or DI. Unplugged, not much to speak of but great for practicing around the house.
Ease of Use:
Easy to tune, play and amplify.
Overall:
Great bass for amplified acoustic music. Not a heirloom by any means, but for the price, this bass plays and sounds great.

"Nice short scale accoustic electic that sounds and plays excellent for everything up to loud electric shows. Feeds back (accous"
Feature:good electronics, nice set up, short scale feels great in your hand
Sound:
Nice traditional round bass sound - with old strings kinda like a standup. Feeds back for loud bar type shows.
Support:
I haven't had to use customer support for this instrument from fender, but I have on others and they are pretty horrible. Standard corporate run around.

"Fender Acoustic Bass Review"
Feature:It had all that I felt was necessary for this type of instrument.
Quality:
It seemed good enough to me.
Value:
Since I was too broke to buy it, I never did get one, but I suppose it's price is resonable for what it is.
Desirability:
It would be an excellent addition to my equipment.
Sound:
It had a nice warm tone to it. I never plugged it in to an amplifier, so I'm not sure how that would sound. It wasn't the best sounding acoustic I ever played, but it would be a close tie.
Ease of Use:
Very smooth action. The neck was very sleek and soft in my hand. I really didn't want to put it down, but when I did I picked it up again.
Overall:
I wouldn't say this was the top of the line of acoustic basses that I've played and liked (it would probably come in second or close tie), but I'd definately pick one up if I had the chance. It was a real joy to play. I've generally liked Fender equipment. They usually make good stuff.

"Won't blow you off your feet, but it just feels right!"
Feature:GREAT onboard EQ, no noise. I love it, its loaded for the price.
Quality:
The wires inside are hanging free, glue holding them in place was weak, but other than that its pretty solid. THe inlays are smooth and gap free. The frets could be seated better.
Value:
I suppose you do get ALOT for your money, but 500 bucks is 500 bucks and I think they could have given us all the extra 4 inches to make it a full lengh neck.
Desirability:
Its great, I like it a lot. No ground breaking electronics, no crazy artistic inlays, but its solid and its the acoustic I wanted. Sex appeal, no. That would be a Modulus V with a hollow body.
Sound:
Given the size of the body, it has a really nice low and sharp highs without being boomy, or overly bright. One down side, I feel like the volume isn't even from the highs to the lows, especially when amplified.
Support:
I havn't had any need for support for this bass, but I'll go with 10 out of 10 becuase I have needed a MAJOR work on one of my electric Fenders, including a new neck and I didn't pay a dime. A six hundred dollar neck for free. Thats crazy in this day and age.
Overall:
I'm VERY glad I bought it. Did the Martin sound better, sure, a little and not for 400 dollars more. It didn't have electronics either, nope the Fender is your best bed for looks, playability and value.
