    i havent has any problems

    Value:
    great guitar for the money... the only problem i found was it is heavy (like most gibsons) but other then that i love it

    Desirability:
    mine is solid black and very slick its all around great

    Sound:
    good for a range of music, sound like a les pual but its not really expensive. great for the money! i love it

    i havent had to call the company

    Overall:
    i wont be getting anouther guitar soon... and if i do it will be a gibson... they make a great guitar
