"These cables don't hold up over time ..."

Sound:

Sound is OK.

Feature:

It's an extender cable .. not a lot of features to write about ... the 25' length is just right.

Ease of Use:

Yeah, you just plug it in and .... well, it cuts in and out ... I have several of these and they're all the same .. lousy connections in the female connector.

Quality:

The quality is very poor. The female connector is terrible. I have 5 of these bought about 3 years ago, and they have all gone bad. I've tried several different headphones (Sony's (7506's and MDR's)/ Sennheiser / Roland / etc.) and they perform (or lack thereof) the same. They did work OK at first but over time got progressively worse until you could only hear one side of the headphones. I plan on replacing the female connectors as time permits. Until then, I've setup a small submixer in the studio to work around them.

They look ok .. .just don't stand up over time.

If you get these, plan on replacing the connectors at some point in time.
