    "uhh, look here."

This reviewer purchased this item from Same Day Music.

    Feature:
It sounds nice and clean. After all the reading I have been doing about this thing I thought I would have been able to distort the sound more.

    Quality:
This thing is like a rock I cant imagine I will have any problems. in the near future

    Value:
The bang is worth the buck I doubt you'll find anything like this for 700 bucks

    Desirability:
    this is one sexy beast

    Sound:
This is an awesome product perfect for playing gigs at bars, cofee shops and etc. However, one thing still kind of scares me about this amp and that is the paper cones, especially when you start slappin some times you will hear that pop (know what im talking about)and for some reason the speakers move alot when it pops so i actually havent turned it up past 1 1/2 when slapping even though it goes to 11

    Overall:
This is one of the best combos you will find I just hope that that popping when I slap wont hurt it much.

"Great amp, very good price. "

    Feature:
Nice to have the head paired w/ the amp, one less thing to worry about getting ready for gigs. The 3500 head is great.

    Quality:
I've gigged w/ this amp for a while, been knocked around in the van, had beer spilled on it, had girls DANCE on it, it still sounds as good and looks (nearly) as good as when I bought it. I plug in and that's the last I worry about it.

    Value:
Best bass amp and head combo for the money hands down.

    Desirability:
Great looking amp, there's others that may be bigger and sexier but not anywhere close to under a grand.

    Sound:
Very good tone, sound, better overall tone than amps I've spent a lot more money on.

    Ease of Use:
Interface is intuitive, modifying the sound is quick and responsive, quick learning curve.

    Support:
Haven't had any problems so I don't know about the support.

    Overall:
I love playing w/ this amp, fills my needs perfectly. If it gets knocked off the stage and finally dies, I'll buy another one.

    "Best Setup under $600"

This reviewer purchased this item from Same Day Music.

    Feature:
the knobs that adjust the bass/"treble" are more convenient than the 10-band EQ, but it's nice to have. the LEDs are really cool in the dark.

    Quality:
    Built like a rock.

    Value:
For $580, you CANT go wrong for this set up.

    Desirability:
"Sex on Castors" to quote another review

    Sound:
Great sound! Very Punchy, yet able to get deep. Exceptional for poppin and slappin. It won't put out the throaty rumble of a 15", but makes some seriously LOUD notes.

    Ease of Use:
    Straight forward design.

    Support:
    no problems yet

    Overall:
Hartke limits our ability to take out the amp and match it with say, a 15" or 2x12"s, but this will certainly take you a LONG way. For those big performances, you'd just plug into the PA...and you'd have this bad-ass cab behind you for the eye appeal.

"Sounded great but Support is terrible"

    Feature:
Amp is easy to use and easily set up for any sound

    Quality:
the ampears were loose and it lasted about 4 months before a speaker went bad.

    Value:
when it worked it was definitely worth the money

    Sound:
This is a great sounding combo for the price

    Support:
after 4 months and a few gigs (this amp was never played over 4) a speaker blew on me. I called hartke and they suggested I take it to an authorized repair center since their turn around time is 3-6 weeks. Drooped it off and the tech told me it had a bad speaker and the rack ears were loose and rattling. After 3 weeks still no speaker! I called support again and they said they had no speakers in stock and they were waiting for a new shipment 6-8 weeks. Of Course I lete them know this was unacceptable and after somne arguing he agreed to pull a speaker from a new cabinet and send it. What they do n ot tell you is that they will send the parts but you have to pay the shipping! still waiting for answer to that question, its there bad product and I have to pay shipping?

    Overall:
I am actually considering getting rid of this one before I have any other problems, I do not like having to borrow equipment to go out and play gigs. thats why I got rid of my old rig. Even though it sounds good, maybe I got a Bad one who knows but I am not willing to take the chance.
