Quality:
This product is made perfect,I wish i had one, any way it plays smoother than any thing ive ever played before. there are no loose parts at all. i wouldn't need a back up because i think it is perfectly put together.There is no worst aspect for this product that i know of.

Value:
I think it is at a perfect price right now but i think you should lower it so that other people like me can aford it and then you will have more people buying this product from you.

Desirability:
lol that first one is funny,10 rating.The faded grey with the ingravement of the EBow sign in it is awesome.It is special for the different special effects.

Sound:
It is the best effect i have ever heard in my life dont change a thing about it.

Support:
No i have not dealt with the company that made this product.

Overall:
Of i had it i would probably use it all of the time with other effects.

Feature:
It could have used an additional component to make it more useful on bass guitars. I've tried playing the bass with it, but this requires another technique than playing a 6-string with it.

Desirability:
can get those sounds now I've been hearing for so many years, and never knew how they did it! I'd replace it if I'd lose it.

Sound:
This is an awesome device. Mainly purchased it to mimic amp-feedback in line-recording, but soon discovered that raging solos at incredible speeds can be achieved with this thing aswell. Playing with this really takes some getting used to, as it requires an entirely different technique than playing with a pick.

Overall:
yes!
