"Only God can create a better tone."
Feature:
The voicing dial allows great variation in tone. The Tube Factor gives a great boost to you clean sound, factor 1 initiates a fat chunky distortion (in which the output and sitortion level can be adjusted) while Factor 2 sends your gear into OVERDRIVE!
Quality:
It's tough, durable and cosmetic design looks as though you could drop a tonne of bricks on the thing. Looks like it will last for decades.
The interior blue light gives a great affect and will certainly gain attention from onlookers, while the 'buffed' stainless steel finish looks tough.
Value:
I would have no issues paying for a second pedal if lossed or stolen
Desirability:
It's as cool as they come. The interior blue light gives a great effect that will certainly gain attention from onlookers, while the 'buffed' stainless steel finish looks tough.
Sound:
Awesome! Want great tone? Look no further. My music style is various, but in my band we play Rock / Alternative music. I use an Ibanez guitar, customized with Semour Duncan pickups, a Fender hotrod delux and a Visual Sound 'Liquid chorus & delay' pedal. What can I say?? After years of using multi-effects units and struggling to find that sweet yet fat tone the Tube Factor blew me away!
Overall:
I love it! If it's tone you're looking for it's tone you'll find in this pedal. It even enhances the tone of the other pedals in your setup. I can only see myself adding, never replacing the Tube Factor. I've never been hapier with my setup and equipment and it's the most basic it's ever been. The Tube Factor, ironicaly is one of the main 'factors' in my new fat, chunky yet sweet rock and roll sound.
