"A REALLY surprising guitar."
Feature:Besides the "Phase" and "Shape" controls, the tuner is really accurate. Add to that the Hi-z 1/4" jack AND the Lo-z jack (to plug directly into a mixer) make this guitar VERY versatile. I wish that they had an on / off switch, having a jack activated switch is stupid. I like to leave my guitar plugged in when I stop playing for a while, if I forget and stay away long, it runs the battery down. The cherry sunburst is beautifully done. It's carefully done on the bookmatched maple top, ARCHED back (Like an L-5) sides, AND rear of the neck. The fingerboard is much like a Rickenbacker, nicely finished, with unique inlays, perfectly fit.
Quality:
This Korean made marvel makes my three to five times more expensive Gibson ES-137 Custom, and ES-345 look sickly. There is not a flaw ANYWHERE, but the Gibsons have several. I'm sorry to have to say this, but if Gibson is ever just a memory, I'll know WHY!
Value:
If this one isn't the best deal in electric acoustics, I don't know what is. I played it side by side a Taylor T-5, and side by side, I'd pick the Ibanez as a $2500 guitar before the Taylor in looks, AND sound. My good friend who was with me agreed. I have ONE nit... the head piece is not bound???? GADS! wHAT STUPIDITY!!! They executed this like a $5000+ Martin, and went cheezy on the head? Sheesh, what a-holes! C'mon Ibanez, even EPIPHONE binds the head!!! So CHARGE a bit more for the damn thing and FINISH IT!!!
Desirability:
The Cherry is a bit... flashy, but it'll tone down as it ages along with me. I've never been this inpressed with a guitar, heck, I always stayed away from Ibanez products as I thought they were more flash than substance... more light than fire, know what I mean? This one breaks that thought train... I'll have to be more open minded from now on :-)
Sound:
I bought it because of its outstanding electric sound. Besides Volume, Middle, and Treble, there's a "SHAPE" pot, there is a "Phase" switch. What the last two do electrically I don't know, but what the five do to the EAR is nothing short of amazing.
Support:
Their website sucks. I think their web weenies are stoned.
Overall:
I can't put it down, seriously. I always bought amps because they made guitars sound good, this one makes ANY amp sound good. I have a Line 6 2x12, an Ultimate chorus, Quad reverb, and a cheezy marshall CD15. Even the marshall sounds good :-)

"Ibanez just got killer"
Feature:once again, its electronics are phenomenal
Quality:
its awesome
Desirability:
i wanted to make out with that guitar as soon as i saw it
Sound:
This bad boy has some killer tone. I couldnt think of anything to make it better. Its electronics give it the same natural tone through an amp as it does unplugged.
Support:
no problems
