"I swear on the precious that this guitar is outstanding!"
Feature:The onboard tuner is pretty handy and works pretty well me thinks. All the other controls (e.g. volume, bass, mid, treb, etc.) work well.
Quality:
The Ibanez AEL 20E that I received was of great quality out of the box. The price of the guitar makes it even more satisfying. The finish is stunning!! By the way, I have the Transparent Red one.
Value:
You'd be hard pressed to find a better deal on a new acoustic-electric guitar.
Sound:
Very happy here.....Unplugged it is very impressive....Plugged in it is even better. I play it unplugged mostly, and am very satisfied with this Ibanez.
Support:
Don't know yet....hope I'll never have to.
Overall:
Have nothing negative to say about this beauty as of now. I am very pleased with the overall experience thus far.

"Great when plugged in!"
Feature:The onboard tuner isn't highly accurate.
Quality:
It dosen't feel extremly sturdy, but I have never had a problem with it.
Value:
You can't beat it for the price!
Desirability:
I think it has an awesome look to it.
Sound:
It has a great sound when plugged in. When you unplug it, the sound quality is greatly reduced.
Ease of Use:
Like I said it's not hard to get to sound great when plugged in.
Overall:
It's not a taylor, but for my budget its about as close as it gets.
