"A Good Starter Guitar"
Feature:There's aren't any bells and whistles. Doesn't need any. You'll buy this product because you want a basic guitar to lear and play around the house.
Quality:
It's a gorgeous guitar. The exotic wood makes it appear to be more expensive.
Value:
If you want to get started and need a guitar NOW, this is a good value. Predictable quality. No surprises. It is what it is.
Desirability:
The look of the guitar is its selling point. Otherwise, it's a standard guitar with standard features. But of the basic instruments out there, I'd go for this one.
Sound:
The tone of the guitar is above average for what should be a beginner's instrument.
Ease of Use:
Sometimes the action on new acoutsit guitars can be too high. This seems to be just right. It's easy to chord. I wish the neck was longer and just a bit wider, but it's beautifully crafted.
Support:
Haven't had to deal with the company. Hope I don't need to.
Overall:
It's a beauty, but you're not going to take this on the road or use it for any serious set play. If you need something on which to learn or you just want a guitar around the house to pass the time and relax, consider this one.

"Wouldn't envy anything from Ovation, Martin, etc."
Feature:I wish it was acoustic electric. But overall, it probably wouldn't have played as beautifully if it were an acoustic electric.
Quality:
Definitely an Ibanez, well made and beautiful. The finish is one of a kind. Please look at the picture, for you get what you paid for and more, but lookswise, it is a real beauty. No loose parts, or cosmetic defects. I'm not concerned about it breaking, for it handles so well. It seems built to last.
Value:
It's a great value for the money, actually, it exceeds the money. It is so sharp, classy and has such a mellow, yet projected sound.
Desirability:
I think it has great sex appeal. I found it sexy. It's soft, glossy finish, and paint underlay that gives the illusion of a ripelling river. The color is very rare and easily distinguishable than any other acoustics out there, even acoustic electric ones.
Sound:
The sound is nice, clear and much better than many of the Ovation acoustic ones that I was considering buying. I played with it and fell in love with the sharpness of the sound, and ease of play.
Support:
No problems dealing with company, but I also have a 2-year-warranty with the place I bought it from as well. No repairs, and no upgrades were made.
Overall:
A friend who's an expert at guitars played the EW20ANS (this guitar) and the EW20QP and they sounded virtually the same. Of course, the difference being primarily in color. Another salesman also guaranteed that the two were pretty much the same exact guitar structurally.
