"Great bang for the $$$"
Feature:The B-band, XLR and on board tuner are nice features to have. It would be nice to have a pick guard, as I sometimes hit the strings pretty hard for effect.
Quality:
The guitar is well constructed, but since i just baught it, I can't speak for the durability yet. The finish is beautiful to me and I believe it would hold up well, on the road. It isn't as loud (unplugged) as other guitars like the maple or spruce guitars I played, but I'll probably still be playing it for years to come.
Value:
The value is outstanding for the qulity and price. It allowed me to pick up additional items I wanted with the money I saved.
Desirability:
The unique wood grain and color made me like this guitar right off the bat. That's why I let the salesman play it against the others I chose so I could just listen and not make my decision on looks alone.
Sound:
I loved the deeper tones. Playing it was very comfortable for me for the music I want to play on it. Weather I play alone or with other musicians, it fits the need very well. On the back deck or on stage with others, the guitar sounds terrific. On stage I run it through a Zoom chorus effect and it sounds great.
Ease of Use:
Not too much fiddling around needed for me to get the desired effects. The action is much better than what I was playing before and the neck seems to be just the right size for my hands and fingers.
Support:
I haven't needed support yet, so I can't rate it.
Overall:
Overall, this will be the guitar I will probably play the most, of the four I own. For quality, value and craftsmanship, this is a guitar anyone would be happy with.

"I Fell in Love with Ibanez EWC20ASE"
Feature:The product did not come with accessories. It has a beautiful ash top, back & sides--very stunning. The on-board tuner is great and right on. I love the cut-away, the ability to play it acoustic or through an acoustic amp--great pickups.
Quality:
The quality appears superb and I would hope it would hold up on the road. Since I recently bought it--time will tell.
Value:
Yes.
Desirability:
I want it!
Sound:
I love the sound of this guitar--that's why I purchased it; BUT, moving from electric it's difficult for me to fully depress the strings--especially 1 & 2. I have ordered light strings and I'll see if that helps--I hate to do that because I so much enjoy the sound--as is. But, til my fingers get stronger...
Ease of Use:
I did not get a manual with this--there is a learning curve simply because I'm learning and started on an electric guitar--they're very forgiving. I have to be more careful about finger location and, as I said, it takes effort for me to depress the strings--even though the are in good proximity to the board. I'll tell you if light strings make a difference for me.
Support:
Never used.
Overall:
I bought it because I like its sound and appearance. I'm probably just a weak person; but I'm hoping light strings will assist me not to have to work my fingers so hard to bring out it's beautiful tones.

Ibanez EW20ASE Exotic Wood Customer Review
This reviewer purchased this item from Same Day Music.
1/4" and XLR plug ins, tuner, EQ... Couldn't ask for more.
Quality:
Seems very good. Just got it today...
Value:
For the price, the best!!!!!!!!!!!
Desirability:
I have it and will guard it with my life!
Sound:
Amazing sound really... I've been playing a classical nylon string guitar for several years now, which really fills the room with its sound. I can't say that this guitar does anything less.
Ease of Use:
Very easy. Then again I've been playing guitar for 17 years... my fingers can handle almost anything.
Support:
Haven't had to yet. Hopefully never will. :-P
