"A Great Acoustic for Any Player"
Quality:This is a wellmade guitar, frankly. Mahogany neck, back, and sides. Rosewood bridge and fretboard, and a spruce top. Good strings and pins. Sturdy guitar.
Value:I think the average price asked for this guitar is pretty fair, all things considered.
Desirability:I got the black with red sunburst version, and I absolutely love it. It has a lovely dark, sharp sort of look to it. I get compliments on it from everybody, but especially my friends who also play the guitar. It's a great-looking instrument.
Sound:The sound quality is pretty great - perfect for a beginner like me. It has a great resonance, good for stuff like "House of the Rising Sun" and other classics, a vintage sound. It has a nice loud, warm tone, sorta rounded and bell-like. Beautiful. Great for old Elvis tunes, too.
Ease of Use:This is a great first guitar for any entry-level guitarist, or a dependable addition to any seasoned player's selection. A little strumming goes a long way with this guitar. It's easy to get a cool range of sounds from string-bending and tapping and even bottleneck sliding with this one, although the higher frets don't have cutaway access with the dreadnought body - which I prefer, but some might not. Great guitar for experimenting with different sounds and styles.
Overall:I plan on keeping this guitar forever. It's my first, and it will always have a place in my heart. I may want to get some particular guitar later on in life, when my skills are more developed, but I imagine this guitar will be everything I need for years.
