Sound:
this little guitar is by far and away one of the best Ive ever owned, unpluged its a little twangym but plugged in, this thing comes to LIFE!! The pickups on this are terrific I never dreamed this guitar would sound as good as it does. I had to have a bridge adjustment done on it and now it plays just like and electric, you breath on the strings and they chord for you. all in all Im an more than thrilled with it, id buy another one in a heartbeat!!

"Packs a wallop when plugged in....."

Feature:
All tools were provided with this guitar.

Quality:
Could use a pickguard to protect finish but it would severly dampen the sound quality

Value:
Great price for the product.

Desirability:
Pratical addition to replace an aging Ovation series acoustic

Sound:
Beats the heck out of my old Ovation for sound. Sound quality is fair unplugged but excellent when amplified. Tried it straight, through a processor, and then through an amp processor. Great sound.

Support:
No issues with the company that sold it or the one that made it. Own another Ibanez (electric) that really rocks.

Overall:
Expect to own this guitar for a while
