"Sounds great, but it's not built to last"
Feature:It's got all you need. Has a stereo out, mode and time switches and knobs for delay time, repeat and level. Tone-lok is nice feature, you can set it up and lock the knobs inside so your settings can't change axidentally. You should get a DC adaptor because this pedal is a battery eater!
Quality:
It' s made cheap. I guess that is the reason why it has a lower price than Boss or Digitech. Jacks are made of plastic, quality of finish is poor, the one I bought had few deep scratches. The button doesn't have a rubber pad, so it will get dirty and scratched very soon. Also, it produces annoying squeaking noise when you step on it. The button that is inside is tiny and plastic and seem very fragile. Sure, it's the weakest spot, ewery time I step on the pedal I worry if it'll break. So, this pedal is not made to last you a lifetime, but if you take good care of it, it may last a couple of years. I guess the people at Ibanez, if nothing else, should consider changin' it's little plastic switch for something more reliable.
Value:
Cool sound, but poor quality. For this price, it could be a made a little better. Or, it should cost less.
Desirability:
It's not very cool lookin', but on the other hand it's not ugly, it's somethin' in between. Doesn't have a "personality" like Boss DS1 or old Tube Screamer or any of the Marshall pedals, but it's cute. It's pretty plain and gray, and maybe a little bulky. The mode and delay time plastic switches are ruining it's aesthetics. They should have put there 2 more knobs, shure that there is place.
Sound:
I am very pleased with the sound. This device performs very well in both modes, so you get modern delay and vintage tape echo tones (great if you like 70's rock and Van Halen). It doesn't sound like Boss delay, or the expencive studio racks, but the sound quality is more than deacent.
Support:
I got a six month warranty.
Overall:
I wanted a delay pedal, but couldn't afford expencive ones, so I bought this one, it's moderate priced and sounds pretty deacent. If the money wasn't a limiting factor, I would buy Boss or Digitech. I am satisfied with the way this pedal performs, but it's quality is wery low. I guess Ibanez sacrificed quality to get a lower price. If you are a hobbist and need a pedal you will play mostly at home, or you just want to spare some cash then buy it, but you shouldn't abuse it. If you do, it won't last long.

Feature:
Nothing to complain about on features. It has everything you need and more, plus a lot of delay time.
Quality:
The only bad part about the DE7 is it's durability. The switches are made out of plastic and my pedals tend to get banged up alot so i don't know if it will last too long.
Sound:
I've tried a lot of delay pedals out and this one has by far the best sound.
