"It WORKS but not for professional usuage."
Manufacturer Support:
There were no printed instructions on editing/chapter, etc and no help section on actual program. No company info in box either. So make sure you have already edited VCR's before programming. I can't get a professional look to my DVD's but I at least works.
Overall:
I still would buy this item. It is easy to transfer VCR's to your PC and then to DVD's and as many copies to DVD with only saying yes burn another copy. I think they should have instructions or a help icon at the very least.
