Style of Music: Classic Rock

"Fantastic! Loud!"

Sound:

My cover band needed new mains badly, we are a loud band and vocals need to cut ! We did alot of searching, we listened to the Mackie srm450, the qscK-12...Etc..these by far won the day ! Plenty of headroom, plenty of power, light weight, crown amps built in just a great buy so we grabbed them. The very first gig we did with these the difference was amazing, Vocals were loud and crystal clear ! The click of the kick drum was awesome ! they performed fantastic, they simply sound awesome! we are very happy we decided on these! By the way these are a huge improvment from the other eon 15s, no comparison really, these are a brand new speaker from top to bottom! I think maybe JBL Realised that QSC was coming on fast with the K series and this was there answer, a great answer it was! you will love these!

Feature:

Hmm features?? well its a powered speaker, there are plenty of inputs, seprate bass and treble controls but we leave those flat and manage everything with a DBX Driverack PX...

Ease of Use:

Plug and play its as simple as that!

Quality:

I think there very well made, I love the rubber grip handles ! and there LIGHT !

Value:

I know everything is overpriced these days but what can you do? ya these are expensive no doubt, but in the end its worth it, do it once and be done with it. I baught covers for mine to keep scratches to a minimum.

The Wow Factor:

Ya, if you want great sound, loads of power, Light weight and a speaker that can handle any live band...Then you want these!

Overall:

JBL outdid themselves with this new eon speaker, its a fantastic speaker and very powerfull, I have no complaints at all !
