"I like mine."

Feature:
What else do you need? A very nice case and the fret bar tool.

Quality:
I haven't seen any flaws. I don't usually drop it.

Value:
My dealer carries many brands and many of the top. For my purposes it has been a good buy.

Desirability:
It nice looking but there are many beautiful models that I can not afford.

Ease of Use:
It's a guitar, pull it out of the case and play it.

Support:
my dealer is an independent dealer and he is very support orientated. He said any problems will be fixed in the store

Overall:
Until I get real good i will be plucking on this model. I like the sound and feel better than the appaluse I gave my son.

"peice of crap!"

Feature:
the neck sucks it craked when it fell 1/2 foot!

Quality:
it sucks!

Value:
dont buy it!

Desirability:
i dont want it anymore.

Sound:
it sounds ok exept the strings,change them.

Ease of Use:
very hard to get good sound out of it.

Support:
im going to scrap it.
