    "best pedal out there"

    Sound:
This is THE best pedal/effects processor ive ever heard. The moment i heard this pedal i bought it. I love everything about it, with all the easy to use options on it you can fine tune any tone you need effortlessly. swiching between effects is as easy as it gets.
    Feature:
this pedal has enough effects and options to create virtually any tone you could ever want, effortlessly
    Quality:
ive dropped mine several times, it doesnt quit. the metal casing on the outside protects it well. this will wear and tear very nicely
    Manufacturer Support:
i bought mine off ebay, but i havent had any problems
    Value:
for the price, this is THE pedal to have. it makes your amp sound like you're running a full rack through a stack.

Style of Music: real rock and roll ( like the stuff you here on Skynyrd albums)

"CHEESE AND CUPCAKES ON A MORNING MOUNTAIN BAGEL."

    Sound:
The sound is great if your looking for good distorted or fuzzy tones. If your looking for a unit that boast "every effect" and "every distortion" you might as well be farting into the wind because there is no such a thing. I bought this unit for better tone shaping in the distortion department for my recordings and it does just that..nothing more. The reverb is dry and the delay is less than satisfying but I am not dissapointed because I didn't buy it for that. You will have to realize that it will take more than one unit to "provide" for your recordings and live performances. I personally recommend checking out some of rocktrons effects processors to heed your delay and reverb needs.
    Quality:
The cast metal shell makes this product a very durable "studio tank". If you have quite a few punk muscians in and out of your studio as I do , then you can rest at ease knowing those drunken steel toe boots won't be kikcing up this processor. ( by the way I try to avoid punk recordings as much as possible, but sometimes you've just gotta pay the bills).
    Manufacturer Support:
I have not had to deal with the lyrical stylings of a Korg cust. service rep yet.
    Value:
For the price, you can't really expect a whole lot better. The distortion tones are great and I haven't had any complaints out of anyone that has used it so far. Hell, I even use it for my own stuff here and there.
    The Wow Factor:
Perhaps if it was chrome it would attract more folks. I would advise doing something to get people to buy this over any line 6 product with identical features.
    Overall:
This is simply one of many pieces of gear in my studio. I've got expensive stuff and a lot of less expensive stuff. Remember, you can't hear money. Think about that the next time you shop for sound equipment.

"Go buy it. Don't wait. Best gadget for its price"

    Sound:
The distortion sounds goods on most settings. A bit weak on the clean sound. I like my ditortion to be full and thick and I can can get this on the Korg. It is quite similiar to the AX300G. I used to own a Zoom GFX-1 and I have sold it the minute I bought it. I play at different venues every day so it is always good to come early and do a fast sound check through the Main Sound system and save the settings on one of the banks for the clean and distort sound. I use mainly 1 bank for all my songs so I don't really have a problem with the processor. They compressor should be individual instead of being together with the Distortions. A parametric equalizer would be a plus as there will be more flexibilty. A clean sound like the Fender Twin Reverb should be included.
    Feature:
It came with a power supply that I keep as a back up cause I have a large regulated power supply unit to power all my stuff on the stage. A midi dump would be most useful for saving all the patches that I created.
    Quality:
The box is made of metal and I think it will last a long time. The finish is nice because most stages are dark so the aluminium color is perfect. I think the processor should last a long time. The LCD should be a bit brighter. The buttons for the footswitch looks a bit flimsy but I think its fine with me. I have never brought any backup for all my gadgets and I don't think I will ever need one for this.
    Manufacturer Support:
    Don't know. Never needed any.
    Value:
This is the best floor processor for the price I paid.
    The Wow Factor:
Never thought about it, but it looks good and just right for the eyes.
    Overall:
I will use it as lomg as it works. I have thought of hetting the GT6 or GT8 or POD XT Live but these cost too much so I will stick to this for the moment. If it gets lost or stolen I guess I will hunt down that MF who took it and disintergrate him. I would probably replace it with another AX1500G if I can't get the old one back or get something else unwillingly if they don't sell this anymore. I actually did some research before I bought this and judging by the peoples response and testing it, I was sold.

    "LOOKING FOR TONE.........U GOT IT!"

    Sound:
it has a great punch which lacks in the zooms i feel. u have much better distortion both in quality and in different types.great reverb too.u dont feel restrained while creating patches.in the end your patch sounds great,u r satisfied not having to compromise on quality.and best of all,u dont have to work hours and slog it out to get that patch u wanted.
    Quality:
the toughest processor i have ever seen, the metal body is very impressive.dont have to bother while going live. there is one small problem while playing live. the display isn't all that bright if u are playing in the day(i mean outdoors) so u got to strain a little on stage to actually change patches if u aren't too familiar with them. the best option would be to know the order of your patches(user created) before hand. indoors the display is fine.
    Manufacturer Support:
    no idea.
    Value:
definitely worth its price, regarding the quality u get.
    The Wow Factor:
ok the korg ax1500g might not look all that impressive at first glance but i guess if its the sound u want and not the talk, then go for it.

    "ToneWorks is practically a necessity."

    Sound:
I got lucky and picked up one of these little buggers secondhand at a good price. It was better than expected, because not only can you choose from a plethora of effects, but it {seemingly accurately) will reproduce selected drive amps, speaker cabinets, even ambeience (room, hall, etc.). It also has a great feature that allows you to simply plug your guitar into the toneworks and plug in any pair of earphones (studio earphones not necessary) and play away with perfect sound quality. Wich is awesome if you live in an apartment with whiny neighbours. I typically use it for the wierd effects it has, and tweak them untill I find some sort of insanity that I like. The only thing I would have liked would maybe be an on/off switch so that I could use it live.
    Feature:
Mine didn't come with an AC adapter, as it was second hand, but I imagine it comes with one new.
    Quality:
Mine was a few years old when I got it, and still looked and worked fine. It seems pretty heavy duty, and could probably take a pretty good beating. I rarely take it out with me though, because it simply isn't practical for live playing.
    Manufacturer Support:
    Again, mine was second hand.
    Value:
It's worth it's weight in gold.
    The Wow Factor:
    It's just an effects pedal.
    Overall:
I'm sure something better will come along, and I'll probably want it. But I wont buy it unless I can find it secondhand.
