"Love it like a brother!"

Feature:
Really now, don't waste any more time looking around. There isn't anything else with a comparable feature set in the same price range. What else can you get that comes with eight analog compressors as standard equipment? A tube preamp option - ADAT if you want it - you gotta be kidding me! No one else is putting all that into a single device

Quality:
Gee it's just a thing of great beauty! I dream about this equipment at night - it makes me sad to be apart from it. Shortly after I got it, I was in a music store and looked over the yammie and roland units. Wow! was I glad I got the Korg - yamaha and roland are all plastic and cheap looking. The Korg looks, feels and performs like high end studio equipment.

Value:
Very good value. I'm just so happy with this equipment even tho it cost 3 thou. Well worth it. I am satisfied!

Desirability:
The feelings I have for this hardware are almost pornographic. My heart melts whenever I look at it. I tremble at it's touch...etc.

Sound:
You get out exactly what you put in. When I close my eyes and play back the band thru our mackie srm450s, it sounds just like a live performance. Effects are re4ally nice, definitely as good or better as most mid range outboard stuff.

Support:
Unless it breaks down I don't think I'll need any. As I said before, anyone can figure this system out. However the Korg forums are just great and they spend their time talking about recording and music, not about fixing problems with their stuff.

Overall:
soooo good. It is really the best.

Feature:
OK, the only option feature that would have been nice is the ability to have a video out with mouse interaction. I did, however, add the extra 8 channel and compression card.

Quality:
Absolutely no problems to date.

Value:
Offers a great deal for the money and if I had to do it again, I would buy the same unit.

Desirability:
This is one sleek machine!

Sound:
What you put in is what you get out! The analog compression really helps define the sound we were looking to create.

Support:
I called once to ask a simple question and found them to be very friendly.

Overall:
I'm not looking to replace this unit for a long time. There is always something new coming out that has a few more frills, etc. and they may even upgrade this unit with the video option, but I'm not planning on chasing the technological wave as it crashes onto the beach. I'm just going to hang out and float in my pool of satisfaction. It does what I need it to do, what more can I ask.
