Quality:
When it works, it works OK,, the keys are a bit bouncy, but you get used to it.. I was looking forward to using the pads for drum programming, but they don't respond very well. The Librarian is a nifty idea, buut not very well executed (it transfers things fine to the keyboard, but if you transfer your sets back to your Librarian, it messes up the names.)

there is no such thing online at least. Their website is extremely bad, and there is not even an FAQ or any type of support for this particular controller.
