"Awesome instrument. Highly recommended for its value!"

    Feature:
The feel of the weighted hammer-action keys is awesome! I was absolutely swept away by the precision accuracy with which it reproduces every nuance of my music. One thing I wish it had is a port for a "half sustain" pedal. I like the recorder functions, although I haven't used them enough to know what all it does, except it records up to 100 songs! The only accessories included were power adapter and sustain pedal. The "TouchView" display is very nice and useful although rather small. The on-screen Help function can be handy too. The list could go on! I'm looking forward to finding out what else it can do!

    Quality:
I don't have any complaints about the quality so far. We'll see how it does in the long run.

    Value:
As someone with a limited budget, value was a big factor in my purchase decision, and I'm completely satisfied the SP500 was my best choice.

    Desirability:
All around this is the best. It looks better than its competitors, but more importantly it's just a great instrument.

    Sound:
I love the many accurate piano samples! The other instrument sounds seem to be realistic too, but my favorites are probably the three Acoustic Grand voices--they're just incredible.

    Support:
I haven't had reason to deal with the company at all. The only thing I wondered about was when I registered online for their FREE extended warranty (which I don't think I'll neeed) is I got an error message after processing. I just hope it got registered!

    Overall:
I expect to get good service from it for a long time. Probably the only reason I'd replace it within a reasonable time is if I just had a bunch of money to blow on one two or three times the price. If mine was lost or stolen I'd replace it with the same model. I can't really think of much that I was dissappointed in. I bought it without ever seeing or playing it, and it was everything I had hoped it would be.

"This keyboard has better piano sounds than Kurzweil and Roland"

    Feature:
    sequencer inadiquate

    Quality:
It is hard to beat a Korg, I still am using my X3 for midi

    Value:
    great value for the quality

    Desirability:
    nice maple finish

    Sound:
I use this keyboard in my church praise band and like it better than the triton. The piano sounds are great, it is user friendly. I would not recommend using this board to travel, too heavy like the triton unless you have plenty of roadies. The overall feel is great. Don't buy it for the mini sequencer function but it's ok is mess around with.Have fun jamming !!

    Overall:
my buddy has a triton but likes my piano sounds better

    "solid and no complaints...."

    Feature:
one pedal comes with it... i bought an extra just cuz i like using both feet sometimes.

    Quality:
had it for 3 years and 2 moves.... still plays like new....

    Value:
I bought it a few years back for 1800$ which i thought was a steal.. it sells for a few hundred lower now... but you still have to buy a good amp if you don't have one

    Desirability:
very nice if you get the right stand.... like the wood finish on the sides....

    Sound:
a large library of sounds... alot of which i rarely use... very deep and rich tones... but will only be as good as the speakers and amps that you buy with it.

    Support:
honestly don't know... haven't needed to contact the company....

    Overall:
don't plan to buy a new one for at least 5 more years.
