"Awesome instrument. Highly recommended for its value!"
Feature:
The feel of the weighted hammer-action keys is awesome! I was absolutely swept away by the precision accuracy with which it reproduces every nuance of my music. One thing I wish it had is a port for a "half sustain" pedal. I like the recorder functions, although I haven't used them enough to know what all it does, except it records up to 100 songs! The only accessories included were power adapter and sustain pedal. The "TouchView" display is very nice and useful although rather small. The on-screen Help function can be handy too. The list could go on! I'm looking forward to finding out what else it can do!
Quality:
I don't have any complaints about the quality so far. We'll see how it does in the long run.
Value:
As someone with a limited budget, value was a big factor in my purchase decision, and I'm completely satisfied the SP500 was my best choice.
Desirability:
All around this is the best. It looks better than its competitors, but more importantly it's just a great instrument.
Sound:
I love the many accurate piano samples! The other instrument sounds seem to be realistic too, but my favorites are probably the three Acoustic Grand voices--they're just incredible.
Support:
I haven't had reason to deal with the company at all. The only thing I wondered about was when I registered online for their FREE extended warranty (which I don't think I'll neeed) is I got an error message after processing. I just hope it got registered!
Overall:
I expect to get good service from it for a long time. Probably the only reason I'd replace it within a reasonable time is if I just had a bunch of money to blow on one two or three times the price. If mine was lost or stolen I'd replace it with the same model. I can't really think of much that I was dissappointed in. I bought it without ever seeing or playing it, and it was everything I had hoped it would be.
