"Triton Studio 88 - best there is right now."

Feature:
Nothing else has a user interface (touch screen and layout) that remotely compares to this keyboard. Besides being easy to learn and use, it is logically laid out with an intuitative musical structure. Samples, FX, sequencer, programming, hard drive and sampling features all add up to the most complete workstation available.

Quality:
Have used Korg keyboards since 1989 (O1W/FD, Trinity, Classic Triton and Triton Studio) - never had any problems that were not self inflicted.

Value:
You get what you pay for. There must be a reason why this (relatively) high priced keyboard still manages to out sell all those that claim to be as good. Also worth mentioning is that you see them on stage with just about everybody who is somebody.

Desirability:
Have one.

Sound:
For single source sequencing this is without a doubt the best workstation available. The sound pallette in strong in all areas and you don't get the typical "voice clutter" found in most other workstations. Have two of the 7 expansion cards. Would like to see a dedicated organ expansion card.

Support:
You sometimes have to get past the "can't believe you can't figure this out" attitude of the product support people, but they can help you 99% of the time.

Overall:
Product support is not the keyboards fault, so you have to give it a 10. Product suport at Korg UK is great if you know how to get it.

Feature:
the touch view screen is just wonderfull,i have other keyboard like........(i can't really say it in here)but they cost as much as the triton but without any touch view screens....argh!!!!thats a big problem,i love to programm at the same speed than my mind works and can't do it without this little tactile screen....some people won't bother with it ,but i really do think it is very important to have it!!!!!!

Quality:
clear screen,fast and easy access on every parts of the machine,ergonomic design...what can i say more?

Value:
the price for the triton classic came down a big time due to the new triton pro ,so now i really think the triton classic is at the lowest and best price compare to any other keyboards

Desirability:
i love the silver color and the design

Sound:
the sound quality is perfect when you know how to use this keyboard properly,the moss card is fantastic ,the trance add in card is wonderfull.i own this keyboard for 4 years now and would like to own the pro version due to a little problem with the triton classic version.....the sampler and the sequencer are not linked together while recording .you can't record your voice as an audio track while your midi interface is playing.anyway if you use a computer and record the midi track and the audio track after the problem won't disturb anyone.thanx again guys byebye

when you have any problems with your korg product just email them or call them,they will answer to you nearly straight away....very good customer service

Overall:
i will always keep the triton classic,if i sell it i would (for sure)get the triton pro

THERE IS NO COMPARSING WHEN IT COMES TO QUALITY. THIS KEYBOARD HAS THE BEST QUALITY EVER EVEN THE OTHER TOP NAME BRAND KEYBOARD CAN NOT COMPETE WITH THE QULAITY OF THIS KEYBOARD. I THINK THAT QUALITY IS THE MOST IMPORTANT ASSET WHEN MAKING MUSIC.

Value:
THE PRICE FOR THIS INSTURMENT IS WELL WORTH IT BUT IT IS KIND OF HARD FOR REGULAR WORKING GUYS WHO LOVE MUSIC TO GET THIS KEYBOARD BECAUSE THE PRICE IS HIGH. BUT THE PRODUCT IS WELL WORTH THE PRICE. IT MAY EVEN BE UNDERSOLD

THE SEX APPEAL IS PERFECT. YOU THE WAY THIS KEYBOARD LOOKS IMPRESS A LOT OF PEOPLE BEFORE THEY EVEN TURN IT OWN

Sound:
THESE SOUNDS ARE SO REAL BUT YOU KNOW WHAT YOU NEED TO DO IS TEAM UP WITH ROLAND AND YAMAHA AND ALL THREE OF YOU MAKE A KEY BOARD WITH DIFFERENT SOUNDS FROM EACH BOARD AND THAT THING WILL BE THE HOTTEST ON THE STREET AND WILL SALE LIKE CRAZY-- I HAVE ALREADY COPY WRITTEN THIS IDEA AND INVENTION AND HAD IT NOTARIZED SO GIVE ME A CALL AND (251)824-2876 MY NAME IS CURTIS MOORE --THESE BOARDS COULD START OF AT $4,000 NO LIE

Cd-rw is a must

Quality:
Now 2 years old Looks superb - no problems encountered at all - One draw back is it is very heavy - 30Kg's - you need a big car!

Value:
Yes - its dearer in the UK though!

Desirability:
It still looks 'pure' even now - as attractive as a JP8 is?

Sound:
Two years later and UK shops still class this as the best!

Support:
They dont rush back - but then again which company does

Overall:
Buy one - I am looking for a 61 key to run around with - the 88 is heavy - thats my only gripe!
