Sound:

It does what it is supposed to do: Interfaces with your Line 6 AX2,Flextone II amp or POD 2.0.

Feature:

TOTAL control of the above mentioned Line 6 products. You can even edit patches,save them and tweak them on the fly using the Floorboard, as well as access the amp's built in tuner. The volume and wah pedals are a nice addition. Line 6 has included a CAT 5 cable of generous length that will allow access to almost ANY playing situation!

Ease of Use:

This floorboard is VERY user-friendly and intuitive to use. Even though a manual is provided,I didn't find that I really needed it. Almost EVERYTHING you need to know is printed on the unit itself. The only thing you may need to read up on is the editing functions,which will be in the amp or POD's user manual. Otherwise, all you need to do is connect the floorboard to the amp with the supplied CAT 5 cable and go. No external power supply is needed! The amp or POD will power the board.

Quality:

Came out of the box flawless in looks and function. The buttons will take a beating, as the ENTIRE outside of the floorboard with the exceptions of the LED screen (2" square) and the rubber surfaces of the Volume and Wah pedals is metal,including the buttons! The buttons are very smooth to operate and give a satisfying "Click" when depressed,so you will FEEL the button(s) engage. The ONLY gripe I have had is that,over time, the Wah pedal seems to get dirty from normal use and will stop functioning. I fixed this by spraying some contact cleaner on the contact surfaces and everything was good again. This was WELL after the warranty period,however. Don't let this information scare you away from this product,however. It is STILL one of the BEST made floorboard units I have EVER used in over 30 years of playing!

For the money(In this case $99,SHIPPED.)If you need this product for your amp or POD 2.0, CALL SAME DAY MUSIC NOW !!!!!!!! When I bought my first floorboard for another amp (which I still own, and works flawlessly) I paid well over $200 back in the late 90's. This is a STEAL for this quality and features.

Like I said before, It's built like a tank with really good quality materials, unlocks TONS of features in your Flextone II,AX2 or POD 2.0. Line 6's customer service is second to none. You can't miss with this floorboard!
