"It's OK, but Line6 even says don't expect much for the price."

This reviewer purchased this item from Same Day Music.

Feature:
The effects are grouped by type so you are limited to the combinations that can be selected within a preset.

Quality:
While the case for this unit is very sturdy, I've had a lot of problems with the volume changing on this thing all by itself. When you first turn it on, it's very, very loud. Then when you tap the volume pedal (as if to turn the volume up) it gets a lot quieter. Also when you switch out of the tuner back into normal operations, the volume fluctuates again. I've took the first one I bought back for a replacement because of this and the second one did the same exact thing.

Value:
In my opinion, a $200.00 effects pedal should do what's advertised and the tech support people should not tell you that it's their low-end product so you get what you pay for. I was very disappointed with that answer from Line6.

Desirability:
Yeah, it's a good looking pedal and has some nice features and I was really looking forward to having it in my setup. But because of the problems with the volume controls, I'm very disappointed.

Sound:
The amp models are not bad. Some of them sound very close so there is not a lot of variation but overall it's nice to have some different sounds coming out of your amp.

Ease of Use:
It's very easy to operate, no confusing series of buttons to push. You just select a preset and work the knobs for the various effects within the preset.

Support:
Line 6 has a series of forums and a pretty good website, but the answers you get in the forums are useless. I wrote about my problems with this product line in the forums and their customer support wrote back and basically said "hey, what do you expect for $200? If you want something that really works, spend more money."

Overall:
I'm already thinking about buying something else. I wish I would not have kept this thing beyond the 30 day return.
