    Feature:
    It included evrything but good tones.

    Quality:
    Well I guess it could be plastic(only the tones are. the unit is metal). Came in box with one knob shaft torn off from fedex.

    Value:
    I could've bought a Digitech for this ridiculous price.they are pieces of crap too though.

    Desirability:
    Sexy? I think more like transsexual would describe it. I thought I'd be getting a first class unit instead I got surprised when I looked underneath.

    Sound:
    This is a big red turd that needs to be floated down the river. I mean I paid $399 for it and it sounds like feces twice over. It's just a glorified stop box with digital aliasing and all. Too bad I couldn't get a money back guarantee or I'd be shovin this thing up Line sixes place the sun don't don't shine.

    Well, if you just have general questions ok I guess. It's just a bunch of temps answering phones there and relaying messages that I never got returned.

    Overall:
    Give it to Line 6 for trying. They aren't the big boys like Boss, TC electronic etc.
