Feature:
Could use another band of full parametric eq.
Quality:
All my experiences with it suggest that it is rugged and reliable. The sound quality is better than that of a regular DI box, but not even close to a Avalon U5.
Value:
This box is a value!
Sound:
Not a total cure-all, but as close as you can possibly get in an all-in-one unit.

"It's In the Baggs!"
Feature:Wish it had reverb, delay and chorus, but then it would cost a whole lot more. Bought a "Y" cable and use a Boss RV-3 (reverb/delay), Boss CH-1 (chorus), and Boss TU-2 (tuner), three of five pedals I use with my electric set up. Just unplug and plug and away I go!
Quality:
I have had mine for almost two years and it works every bit as good as the day I got it.
Value:
Outstanding value when you consider the alternatives that are out there.
Desirability:
Fits in a pedal effects box easily.
Sound:
Can dial in whatever you need with the bass, mid, treble, gain, presence and notch knobs.
Support:
Haven't needed any, but they do have a great website.
Overall:
I'm sold on it so I won't be looking for anything else, because there just isn't anything better... unless Baggs plans on expanding their product line up.
