"Perfect For Beginners..."

Feature:
Comes with everything you need, the online instructional video posted on the box gets a bit confusing when it comes to the hi-hat parts, but that is more on Ludwig's end than SDM's.

Quality:
Not exactly an expert on drums, but as a fellow beginner this kit is everything I wanted

Value:
Great value for a beginner, everything in 2 boxes for a low price, and it's from a very recognizable company in the drum industry

Desirability:
I got it in black and it looks great, although I personally scratched it setting it up, but hey, battle scars baby

Sound:
Pretty much everything I expected from this kit, as someone learning to play this seemed like the obvious kit to get considering price, and it sounds great to me. My only complaint is the sound from the hi-hats, but I also think I may have set those up wrong, so that's probably why

Ease of Use:
Pretty easy to set up, everything comes in 2 boxes, great value

Support:
Not sure if this question means Ludwig or SDM, but SDM was awesome as far as processing and shipping goes, purchased on Friday at 4:45 PM, received Tuesday at around 5 PM(but that's because my UPS man delivers to my house later than most)

Overall:
I have a feeling I'll enjoy this set for years, the fact that I got a great set on the cheap end is made even better seeing how I've gotta start saving for college. And I doubt I'll be able to afford a new kit in college.

Everything fits together perfectly. No blemishes, dents or dings. Seems sturdy.

Desirability:
A great practice set.

Sound:
This is a great set to use for practice or learning to play, but not necessarily for performing. My $1200 set sounds better (but not by much!)

Overall:
I am amazed at the quality of this item in this price range. I tried out several other kits in local stores, nothing compared to this without spending at least double. The metal hardware is rock-solid and a thicker guage than I expected. The drums sound great (for the price) and the cymbals are actually quite good. It truly is a kit-in-a-box that can be assembled in about 45 minutes.
