"good things come in small packages"
Value:A little pricy but you have to pay for quality
Desirability:
Sexy blue light on the front of the grill lights up when the power is on!
Sound:
Ok at the high end and mids but lacking in the lower frequencies. I am in the process of adding a powered subwoofer to take care of the bottom end.
Support:
I have not had to call the manufacturer so I have no experience with their customer support.
Overall:
I had been using a set of JBL 12 inch speakers and a Crest power amp for my DJ business. These Mackie speakers may not have the power of my older system but the ease of use and their light weight make up for the lack in power. Great for small clubs and small to medium size rooms. I would not suggest using the Mackie SRM350s for a large room unless you were using them with another set of speakers and a subwoofer. . But they are perfect for a 100-150 person wedding. I can set up in minutes and be ready to rock and roll! If you have a mixer with just RCA phono outputs, I would suggest not using adapters to match the low impedance inputs of the Mackies. Lots of noise!. I junked my old mixer and bought a Numark CM200 5-Channel Rack DJ Mixer with the proper outputs and the sound really improved.
