"A good instrument at a good price."
Feature:This baby has some really nice features. Three pedal option, velocity control, various sound mixes, interesting midi interface, PC connections, etc. A lot of bang for your buck.
Quality:
Unlike my Kurzweil, which has an all metal casing, the M-Audio is made of plastic. I'm not sure how well it would stand up on the road. But it's extremely lightweight (17lbs), so it can easily go places a heavyweight stage piano can't. The sound is extremely good, much better than other ultra lightweights I've played. All in all really good quality.
Value:
For the money you'd be hard pressed to find an ultra light 88 keyboard with the same quality sound and features. That said, it's still a plastic keyboard, and I'm not sure how well it would stand up to on the road conditions. It's a good practice instrument, nicely portable, and good for notating and scoring.
Desirability:
Both my Kurzweil and Alesis weigh A LOT. While they sound great, it isn't exactly easy for one person to lug around a heavy keyboard, amp, cables, mikes and music stand to practice sessions. I needed a lightweight instrument I could take with me anytime I felt like it. At 17 pounds, the M-Audio Prokeys is the lightest thing out there. I should say that while I'm thrilled with my new mobility, I'm not to thrilled with the feel of the keyboard. The keys are a bit smaller than standard, offer a bit too much resistance, and feel stiff to me. Also, it doesn't allow me to articulate sound as easily as my Kurzweil, but then it didn't cost nearly as much either.
Sound:
For a low cost keyboard, the sound is astonishingly good. I own a number of different Keyboards and the M-Audio ProKeys rivals the sound of my Alesis, which cost me four times as much.
Ease of Use:
Very easy to use, simply plug and play. It's so lightweight you can literally grab and go. Set up and break down is a breeze.
Support:
I own a number of M-Audio products, and I've never had to use their customer support. Which is much better in my mind. Every M-Audio that I own has always been a great value and has worked extremely well.
Overall:
It's taking me a while to get used to playing my M-Audio. I wish I'd known how stiff and small the keys were. I'm used to playing my Kurzweil, which emulates a Grand piano perfectly. So I guess I'm spoiled. If Kurzweil came out with an ultra lightweight semi or fully weighted 88 key stage piano, I'd buy it. Overall though, I'm happy with the M-Audio Prokeys, as I'm now able to get out and jam with others at a moment's notice, and play in small venues with limited space to move around. It has a really nice sound. All in all a good product for the money

"Easy on your back and your wallet"
Feature:includes sustain pedal and usb cable. Both of witch I have boxes of.
Quality:
It seems pretty sturdy even though it is made out of plastic and made in china.
Value:
I found the piano to the less expensive of all the digital pianos on the market.
Desirability:
I got it to have a cheap and light piano to take to rehersals and jams.
Sound:
The sounds are ok. Cannot compare to a $2500 workstation.
Ease of Use:
Just a few sounds, just a few buttons. Pretty simple.
Support:
No idea
Overall:
