Feature:
The footswitch is awesome but the cord could be a bit longer for my liking. Heavy duty casing is always important, and for a solid state it sounds just like a valve amp.
Quality:
I bought my as a demo model but not used so its practically new. Huge quality ensured and quite light for what i expected. Very well made especially the little holes for the head to go on.
Value:
Great Value for money. i thought it was more expensive.
Desirability:
The amp looks great but for those with a bigger budget will prefer anything up as this is a solid state amp. nothing beats the authenticty of a all tube amp but this comes very close.
Sound:
This is one of the best amps in the marshall range. I've played the DSL series and it is so close to it in tone (not quite there) great amp for someone with a few years experience but none in a band. The DFX options are awesome and reduce the need to go and buy various little stomp boxes. The 2 overdrive channels are great and the acoustic simulator is awesome. A good idea is to get an ibanez tubescreamer and a zakk wylde wah pedal. that is a great combo
Ease of Use:
One of the best things about having 4 different channels is that you have so much choice in tone. Even the 2 distortions have a unique tone that you wouldn't want to stop playing this amp.
Support:
Never had a problem.
Overall:
Eventually i will replace this amp with a DSL and more but for now its a great amp and will bring me many years of joy.
