"The best idea with ine flaw."

Quality:
I loved the idea so I bought one. It is well made with one major exception. The end where the threads are for the mike clip doesn't have enough threads. I overcame this problem by using a thinner washer from another mike stand. The washer they give you for locking the clip in place is to thick to accept every kind of mike clip. In this cas it was my Sennheiser 421.

Support:
Never dealt with company.

Overall:
I haven't owned product long enough to see how it handles the road.
