"Buyer Beware"

Ease of Use:

The unit was easy to assemble and adjust to accommodate my mixer.

Quality:

!. The product arrived in its factory-sealed box, missing the five casters. 2. The welded steel mount that mounts the mixer frame to the pedestal is crooked, so that the mixer is not quite level. It works, but it is visibly crooked. If that kind of thing drives you crazy, don't buy this unit! Otherwise, it's sturdy, decently-finished, and does its job.

Manufacturer Support:

It was difficult and time-consuming to arrange replacement of the missing casters. The package arrived weeks later, and On-Stage sent the wrong parts! In frustration, I purchased inexpensive replacements at my local hardware store. They work fine.

Value:

I thought this unit looked like a bargain at $80, but it ended up costing me both time and extra spare change to fix it up. I should have sent it back, but I needed it right away, and was able to use it without the wheels. I figured it was quite cheap and would get knocked around a lot, so the flaws didn't matter.

The Wow Factor:

Strictly utilitarian

Overall:

It's not a total piece of junk, so if you can't afford something better, you might get by with it.
