"Exactly what I was hoping for."

Feature:
There aren't much for features. It collapses pretty good when not being used, but I have it set up all the time. Adjustable heights is nice.

Quality:
I looked at a lot of these and this was my biggest concern. This turned out to be very sturdy and has no problem with my 2-12" amp that weighs in over 70lbs. I have it on carpet and it feels a little tippy towards the front, but I have it raised as high as possible. I know lowering it will stabilize it. At its current height a tug on the guitar cable or a bump from behind might tip it forward. More of a concern for people who will be gigging or will have more people around.

Value:
Great bang for the buck. I've found them cheaper, but for this quality I had no problem shelling out $40.

Ease of Use:
Easy set-up and easy take-down.

Overall:
Barring some unforeseen accident, I think this stand will last me quite some time. I recommend.
