Feature:
It has some good height to it, and a sturdy base. It's useful.

Quality:
Sturdy, durable.

Value:
It's pretty cheap. It will hold up for me until I get some nice boom stands.

Ease of Use:
Very easy. It comes in two parts: the base and the pole. You just screw in the pole to the base and attach the mic clip on top.

Overall:
It's great for recording guitar amps near the floor or if you put it on the table you can use it for acoustic, too.
