Quality:The base unit seems pretty good. As warned by several others, the head set is pretty cheezy. I'll have to replace it with a more high-end pair.
Value:
With a better head set, this is a pretty good product FOR THE MONEY. You get what you pay for, if you're lucky.
Sound:
It originally sounded like the worst product I ever purchased. Sound was terribly distorted, even when both remote pack and base unit were turned way down. However, I had the cable from my monitor amp plugged into it instead of the cable from the mixer, powered vs unpowered. Oh yeah, it sounds like a no-brainer now, but there is no reminder in the owner's manual. I'm pretty happy with it now.
