"Kontakt Excellence"
Feature:fantastic for organizing other synths. If you have big libraries this is the ticket.
Quality:
I read reviews and wonder how much is operator error. Some negative comments I think are based on poor computer skills or equipment. You need a top notch computer to run this or any advanced program. Need to know your way around comp. It works perfectly for me. Never had a problem.
Value:
I picked up a bundle with the DVD and Kontakt Experience for $220 excellent deal.
Desirability:
Purchased after reading reviews and tech reports. Absolute wonder and perfect for sound development and any other music project.
Sound:
The library includes some really fantstic tools for making and altering product.
Ease of Use:
You need to study. The DVD is very helpful. Manual is ok but any program like this has a learning curve. That's half the fun!!
Support:
Have not needed support. Can't rate.
Overall:
Very pleased with performance. Those with unhappy results probably need less advanced programs that their level of skill can utilize.

"I just can't believe it."
Feature:Based on how it was advertised, the features seem great. Too bad I can't use them. The software is too buggy.
Quality:
It's a expensive software program that doesn't work!
Value:
Without the sound library, this program should be free to download.
Desirability:
In two words, the worst!
Sound:
The sound library is pretty good. Too bad I wasn't able to record anything. It simply drains my CPU, major latency!
Ease of Use:
This software had me pulling my hair out for weeks. It doesn't even work in stand alone mode! I read the whole manual. It would simply not allow me to assign any outputs in this mode, so I could not hear it. As a plug-in that wasn't a problem. But did I mention latency?
Support:
I don't think Native Instruments has a support team. All they did was tell me what I already knew. As if doing that would make this buggy program actually work! The worst in the industry by far.
Overall:
I am very disapointed and just sad. This product is terrible!
