"Keys cut you/Knobs are cheap/Separate menu to operate DAW"

Feature:

Power cord not included so you have to plug it into usb port on computer and hope the cord reaches if you have a mouse and or usb cd key activator taking up your existing ports on your keyboard. If you could operate your DAW/whatever without having to go to a separate menu to do so it would rock despite its flaws.

Ease of Use:

At this day and age, if a product advertises as instant use and mad easy, and it's not . . . . the way they advertised I thought you could simply turn the knobs and adjust the daw settings. Instead you have to go to a separate menu that was not as comprehensive as they said nor as easy to use.

Quality:

It appears to be a fine product; it appears that they wanted to make a fine product. However, there are sharp protusions on the side corners of the keyboard keys that weren't filed that cut into/are harsh on your fingers and the knobs feel like cheap plastic. To me it feels viscerally like something you don't want to be touching.

The Wow Factor:

it looks cool and like it would really make your life a breeze; it didn't for me.

Overall:

I will be returning this product. The knobs feel and seem like they would not last long. the sharp edges on the sides of the keyboard keys need smoothing and filing. you have to goto a separate menu to use the functions scroll between several menus and it still isn't mapped out for my product as they said it was.
