"numark does not give support."

Quality:

i replaced my first pair.in exchage i thought it was just a fluke. but the samething is wrong. the part that slides up and down in the headpiece is held by two small screws and if your head is too big it pops out the attached connection. you will only have one channel or side working . on the road only if you need one channel and dfon't have anything else. it will last as long as you keep them in the box.

Manufacturer Support:

i also had numark 19 inch rack mixers and could not get help to fix them . they told me the bleed over in the crossfade could be repaired by me even though i replaced the crossfaders 3 times.the best support is the one i can give you. stay away from numark. there quality is going nowhere but down,but the prices arent.
