Umm...this is a dumb category for a throne.

Feature:

double braced legs, nice drum key height adjustment

Ease of Use:

Its so easy, a musician can do it.

Quality:

I have owned one of these for over four years, used it for numerous gigs and all things sitting, just bought another and i can hardly tell them apart. Quality is superb. One thing on the old throne did break recently though...the plastic piece on the base that tightens to the stem of the the throne cracked and won't hold anymore. Should be an easy fix, and that's the only thing that has gone wrong in over four years of heavy use.

I have never dealt with customer service from Pearl...guess I haven't needed to.

Value:

Totally worth the price!!!

The Wow Factor:

It's no porkpie zebra print, but who cares you sit on it while you play, ie, no one sees it!

Overall:

This is actually the only throne I have owned. I have used many many others however, and this one stacks up with the best and shines above the crap. This is a throne I would replace in the future, unless money was not a factor. But even if I had the money, I don't know that the more expensive competition would be better enough to make it worth the price.
