Style of Music: Alternative Rock

Experience: Acoustic Guitar/Vocal

"Nice package. Bad Squeak! Get a better mic. because you can't return this."

Sound:

The sound is good at low volume level but it squeaks anything above that.

Feature:

The bag, clip, and chord are very nice but the chord is a little short.

Ease of Use:

Being that it squeaks, it won't work for any larger gig. Now I can't return it due to health standards, it's $45 I won't have for a new one.

Quality:

Looks very strong. I haven't dropped it but it looks like it would take a beating.

Manufacturer Support:

Peavy is a great company but I really would like to return it. Can't you just take it back and replace the screen???? That would make sense and I would give the $5 for it.

Value:

It's a good deal for what you get but if your looking for quality, I made the mistake of getting something that looked good.

The Wow Factor:

Looks sweet being all black but looks won't change a bad mic.

Overall:

I was very excited to get it as my first mic. but was disappointed playing at Mt. Rushmore for a party and having it squeak. I'm getting a Shure next and I know they are good from experience. I'm hoping Sameday will let me return it if the screen was replaced by them but if not, I'll still have the chord and case for my next mic. and a backup.
