"MR.PEAVEY IS A QUALITY GUY."

Quality:
I DON'T KNOW IF I WOULD GO ON STAGE WITHOUT SOME SET UP WORK,SINCE I NEVER EVEN SET THIS GUITAR EVER UP.SOME GUITARS FEEL A LITTLE FUNNY UNDER YOUR FINGERS,BUT NOTHING A GOOD SET UP,WON'T CURE.

Value:
GOOD PRICE FOR A NORMAL CRUNCHY SOUNDING GUITAR.

Desirability:
I HAVE SUNBURST,NICE LOOKING.

Sound:
i input mine thru a digitech rp50 modeling amp and a boss micro br,of course the patches you modifiy will get the best sound and even the stock patches sound good if you use the ag3b comp.in the boss micro br.i was surprised that the raptor had such a nice crunchy sounding pickup that actually roars and makes all kinds of cool sounds when you find the right amp combo.

Ease of Use:
the raptor actually fingers prettynormal ,except for a little sitar sound from my trouble fingering the first string .it is a remarkable good quality guitar for the money.i don'tthink i have never bought a guitar this good for such a low price.it really sounds good.

Support:
NEVER HAD TO DEALWITH PEAVEY.

Overall:
I WOULD LIKE A ROTOR.

"Great guitar... PERIOD!"

Feature:
It didn't include a case, but overall it is a nice guitar. i love the sunburst color on it. 4 pickups a wammy bar. volume and tone controls. great guitar.

Quality:
Very good quality guitar. Once again a lot of bang for the buck!

Value:
For the money this is one of the better guitars that you could buy.

Desirability:
Haha, the sunburst was what really did it for me 'sex appeal' wise.

Sound:
I just got this guitar yesterday, and it is a fantastic guitar, especially if you are a beginner. It sounds very good for the price you pay, you hardly come across guitars that sound this good for the money.

Ease of Use:
This is a fantastic guitar if you are just learning or have been playing for a little while and wanting to learn more. Very easy to use and learn on.

Overall:
Overall a great guitar even if your a begginner or already know how to play.

"Not the beset"

Feature:
The features were all fine.

Quality:
No. I have to send mine back. There's a sitar effect on the high E string, the strings buzz and kind of swish (don't ask,) and there's a short circuit inside so when I'm playing it sometimes goes dead. I'm going to go for an Ibanez next.

Value:
The value is ok. It's about right for this guitar.

Desirability:
Red and white is the one I got. It's been my dream guitar for a while, then I realized that the sound of it wasn't so dreamy. Sure, it looks cool, but sound is what's important.

Sound:
The sound quality is ok. I got this guitar after my Yamaha, so I thought that this one sounds a lot better. And it does, but I have limited experience in hearing really good guitars, besides CDs. So not the best quality sound, but good for beginners, I guess.

Support:
I've never dealt with Peavey support, but I'm going to soon.

Overall:
As I said, I'm sending mine back due to various defects. I've had it for three, four months. I'm a very active guitarist at 13 and am in a band and I need my guitars to sound top of the line.

"Value is outstanding!!!"

Feature:
Well, what do you want for features at this price -- actually, if they made this without the tremelo, I'd buy it first. Think about rubbing a little graphite in the nut when you change strings the first time - you'll lose the "go out of tune" when using tremelo or doing a lot of bends. The neck and body are good on this thing, so you can always upgrade anything else, pickups, nut, tuners, etc. and get the features you want at a price much lower than those $$$-$$$$ guitars.

Quality:
Wow! I looked at every other cheap guitar possible -- the body on these (we bought two) are solid and heavy, the neck is straight and clear, the frets were polished, and the finish was perfect! On others you could really feel they were cheap guitars, on the fingerboards and neck when sliding and bending notes, and even the installation of the electronics, wood finish, etc.

Value:
Well, being an acoustic player for 30 years, I was just helping my son shop for one, but ended up buying one for myself, also. We tried alot of guitars out; didn't find any as nice at the price or twice the price We both feel like you have to go above the Fender Mexican Strat level to get a guitar that is noticably better. That's value!

Desirability:
I love bargains -- this is it! I'm not playing professionally, but even for professionals I think this would be a great backup guitar or even first guitar with new pickups, tuners, and a little tweeking. I'm having a ball with it and my accoustic hasn't left it's case since I bought this.

Sound:
OK, this is an inexpensive $ guitar -- but put some new strings on it, hook it up to an amp with a little tone control, and OMG, this sound really can't be coming from a guitar this cheap! We tweaked one of the two of these we bought, then went into a couple of guitar shops on vacation -- only saw sound improvement in guitars above $500 in those with good(like duncan or better) pickups.

Support:
Who knows? You only contact a company when there are problems. But new players, please be aware -- one of the differences in an expensive guitar and an inexpensive guitar is the inexpensive guitar will not have had a technician spend an hour tweaking it. (Neck curvature, action, intonation, etc.). I think Schecter does this on sub-$700 guitars, but I'm not aware if anyone else does. So don't call them if you have a little buzz on one string, or the action isn't as low as you'd like. Learn how to tweak it or or pay someone good, then change your strings regularly if you want it to play like a good guitar. People with great sounding guitars maintain them; you should too!

Overall:
I would rebuy if stolen. Hey, it's inexpensive! It works well! It sounds good! Don't know if I'll ever replace it since I put new pickups in. I can get pretty much all the sounds I need, with the combo of humbucker and two single coils. Well, if I ever become rich playing professionally, hey, I've seen some real sweet, $$$$ guitars that, well, have some real sex appeal!
