"Finally found the amp for me!!!!"

Sound:

I had been looking at the Fender Hot Rod Deluxe for the clean tones, but didn't want to pay the crazy price for it. This thing nails it! And the Vypyr has awesome distortion models to boot. I was really surprised at how good this amp sounded and that is why I bought it. I sat down and played the Vypyr 30,75,60, and 120. The two tube models were the only two I liked and the 60 fit the bill for me although the 120 sounded good too. I just didn't need the extra weight, power, or price of the 120. Oh, I almost forgot I wanted the SRV sound, and I mean that Texas blues sound, no problem I have it now.

Feature:

It really deserves a 10 here but since you have to buy the pedal extra it gets a 9. As far as features on the amp go, OMG! 11 stomp boxes, 11 rack effects, 12 amp models that are awesome and each with a clean and distortion mode to = 24 total amp settings, then you can add delay and reverb to those. Seriously, I've been shopping for the right amp for about a year and I can honestly say I am happy with this one.

Ease of Use:

All the lights and knobs are a little overwhelming at first but after you get the hang of it, it is really easy to use.

Quality:

I've heard of some problems on the 30 watt Vypyr but so far mine has been flawless.

Value:

Well as stated above I wanted the Fender Hot Rod Deluxe and it is modeled just perfect in this amp at half the price with all of the other things the Deluxe couldn't do thrown in.

The Wow Factor:

I would buy it again in a second. To me an amps looks are secondary, I really don't care. If they look cool , then great but if they sound cool, I'm sold.

Overall:

I have no complaints about this amp at all. I have gotten sounds out of this amp I didn't even know were possible , and I have gotten the sounds I want. It is really loud. I played with a drummer and another(Blasting loud half stack!!!) guitar, and the little 60 got the job done half way up.
