I own this with the Quik Lok Musicians' Stool. Very flexible and adjustable. The seat and backrest cushions are very comfortable.

The design of this stool and backrest is very sleek and modern looking. Lots of eye appeal along with a very flexible and functional design. After shopping around for a new stool for several weeks, I knew as soon as I saw this one that this is the one I had been looking for.

It's very quiet for a backrest.

No dealings with support.

Overall:
The way this thing is built, I expect it to be around for a long time. The quality construction tells me this is made to last. If you sit for awhile practicing or playing, you'll want this stool with the backrest. The problem I've had with other guitar stools is no back rest and usually a fixed position footrest. This one is very flexible. The backrest, seat height and footrest are all easily adjusted to your comfort.
