Feature:not a whole lot of features,but they're not really needed.
Value:
big bang for the buck.
Sound:
Sound is real clean, and when paired with the 181i sub using the low cut filter is excellent. The crossover point is perfect. I've been using a large passive systems for the past 40 years and have been blown away by this system. I was looking for something to use for smaller venues and was surprised with the sound.
Ease of Use:
plug and play !!! Fantastic !
Support:
I have not had to call customer service. These units have a 6 year warranty, can't beat that. I've used QSC amps. for years and have never had a problem.
