Sound:

No issues with sound here. I did not experience any coloring of tone, no clicking or popping when switcing between instuments. Only a very slight drop off when the tunner option was engaged but you really had to listen for it.

Feature:

I have only tried this so far with 2 strats, one with hotter pickups than the other and it worked fine. I see at that time how this would help with 2 guitars with tottaly different pups. I plan to try this next with single coil and humbucker guitars and this is where the DIM and Bright switches will come in handy to balance things out.I like the ability to put the tuner in line + the mute feature. Lots in a small affordable unit.

Ease of Use:

Good instructions came with it. Very easy to tweak the few options switches.

Quality:

Radial makes great products, nice weight to it and seems like it would hold up well. I have had problems with other switches popping, humming,buzzing or other unwanted issues, none here.

NA, I do not expect to have to call support on this one.

Value:

Affordable,high quality.

Overall:

This product does exaclty what it states it will do and what I wanted from it. This is my second Radial switch type pedal and they work so well that I may have to try some of their effects pedals next
