Style of Music: Rock
Experience: Active musician
"Long on hype...short on tone."
Sound:
Buzzy and too midrangey. Fails on all fronts. The tone controls are useless unless they are set to zero - any higher and digital artifacts overpower the sound of the guitar. Very hard to dial in a good clean or mild distortion or overdrive sound. Metalheads may like it, others should look elsewhere.
Feature:
Lots of features: 10 COSM amp models, effects, looper, solo (3rd channel). Too bad there is no tone.
Ease of Use:
Easy to use - short learning curve and good comprehensive manual.
Manufacturer Support:
Roland support has always been one of the best around.
Overall:
Looking to unload this load ASAP. Big mistake not buying from a dealer who allows a test drive period.
