"High-end kit. Top of its class. next best thing to the real thing."
Value:It's a very nice kit but hte price is a little high. If it were me selling it i would go $1500 less than the asking price
Desirability:
It's look is average, however its playability is byfar the best in its class. I would defenently add this to my setup.
Ease of Use:
This kit has the bounce and feel of an acoustic drum kit. You can't replace and acoustic kit but this is the next best thing.
Overall:
Top of its class, a very nice kit, but the price is a little high. If i could afford such a kit i would pay but 6K's is steep. I would not detur others from using it though because it does make me drool

"six g's? still a good set."
Feature:pretty good...i suppose
Quality:
what else can you say? this is the top of the line in electronic drum sets.
Value:
this is where roland bombs...6 grand? cmon...we're all not rock stars raking in ten thousand a night...for some people, electronic drums are the only way they can keep playing, and to set a set that could sell ALOT at such a high price....sucks....really does. it really isn't too huge of a step up from their oter sets. kind of dissapointing.
Desirability:
yes. the slanted rack helps out alot..it just looks so playable...and lives up to it as well.
Sound:
I think it is the closest thing to a real set that I've ever played....i cannot be the judge on the hi-hat however because the one i played on...the hi-hat trigger was malfunctioning i belive...everything else was good though
Ease of Use:
it got confusing sometimes once you got past all of the pre-set kits and the volume..but overall, I don't think it takes a rocket scientist.
Overall:
price is the only real bumber for this thing...other than that, i think you're getting what you payed for...a top of the line electronic drumset with amazing sound quality and top notch customization.

"Not what your expecting."
Feature:You can record what you play on the module and then change the kit, or edit it and the changes apply to what you recorded. Lots of editing possabilities, but that can be fustrating, especially when your working with mediocer samples to start with.
Quality:
It hasn't broke yet.
Value:
You could make a much much better sounding electric kit for much much cheaper. Look into triggering sample libraries on a computer with a cheaper module, and then just buy a real accustic kit for live shows, and buy yourself a van or something too.
Desirability:
I wanted it really bad. Everything I read made it sound so great. I had this image of the ultimate perfect drum module in my head. When I got it, I found that it was nice, but not near what I expected. Hopefully they will make an expansion board for it with some better sounds.
Sound:
The sound samples aren't that great. I owned an Alesis DM Pro module before it, and I like more sounds from it than from the TD-20. The TD-20 is probably one of the most realistic sounding kits, but not every real kit or drum sounds good. To me it sounds dull and lacks explosiveness. It didn't turn out to be near as good as everyone said it was and I wish I'd have just kept my DM-Pro and bought software for sound librarys. The BFD drum samples blow rolands out of the water. The sensetivity of the module is very good though. Much better dynamics and sensetivity than DM Pro.
Support:
dont know
Overall:
I am already sick of it. The disapointment of it makes me not want to look at it.

"SIMLPY DIVINE"
Quality:For a very long time, years to come i hope.
Value:
yes i suppose so.
Desirability:
The design is quite intriguing. The hi-hat design is quite practical unlike the common single pad surface design, the snare and tom skin design allows for a nice roll on the set quite inspiring and to top it up is the rim effect incooporate not only to the snare but also the toms simply genious. I could go on forever, the patterns and kits range from a very wide variety. It's the best electronic drum i'have been priviledged to handle.
Support:
Nope, not that i know of.
Overall:
For a long time pending on how long it takes Roland to amaze the world or electtric drums AGAIN
