"Saw them, bought them, love them!"

Feature:
Easy to set up. Wish it had a few more sounds. The cymbals are round and mount like acoustic cymbals do. They play nice and look better than those "partial" cymbals that come with lots of other brands sets. There is a training feature that helps you with timing if you need it. Metronome and "coach" program to help you with beats and practice patterns.

Quality:
Very well made but the parts that hole the drum pads to the rack are plastic so be careful with them and do not tighten them too much.

Value:
I guess it's a good deal because I bought them. Better than some others I looked at.

Sound:
Great sounds if somewhat limited. I use them primarily to home record and jam along with CD's. I love plugging in a CD and jamming. It's easy to blend the sounds with the CD to get just the right mix. There are some drum kit sounds I most likely will never use but the ones I like are very good. Never used it live so I don't know what that would be like. In the store I bought them from they did have them set up plugged into a Roland amp that is made for drum amplification and they sounded ok but I use headphones/earplugs when I play. They are easy to set up when you get them home. The more expensive Roland drums have lots more sounds but cost quite a bit more. I guess you get what you pay for. One problem that seems to be the case with all these kinds of drums. You have to buy a bass pedal as one isn't part of the set. Of course you have to buy a throne of some kind to sit on. Overall, I am very happy with my purchase.

Haven't had to contact them but I have used lots of Roland/Boss products over the years and never needed to contact them.

Overall:
I expect they will last a long time because they will not leave my house. I am not sure how they would fair on the road with a band. Some plastic parts so.........?

Feature:
Everything that you need comes in the two boxes supplied. Most of the docs are in Japanese, but there is enough english to figure out what is going on. I played with the configuration for about an hour before I started playing it, but once I got it setup, I love it. It fits into a small corner in my bedroom and totally ROCKS!!!

Quality:
Very sturdy frame. I like it. I looks scary cool sitting in my room too.

Value:
If you want electronic drums and you have a grand, get this unit.

Desirability:
Very sexy drum kit. I wish it came with the better hats and stand but thats how companies stay in business. You have to have multiple tiers of products

Sound:
The sound is very solid but limited in variance of sounds overall. The compression on all the drum samples is awesome and the distint and precise sounds are very warm to the ear. There is no lag whatsoever, but I have heard it glick out a couple of times. That worries me, but I am sure I will find the reason.

Ease of Use:
Very simple unit. I would like a little more complex brain, but that will come in the future. Modifying the volume, panning, and sensitivity of each drum was very easy. Most things are explained in a single page in the manual so each objective that you are trying to get to will only take about 4 steps.

Support:
Havent used it,but I did register the product when I got it just in case.

Overall:
I am never satisfied with what I have. I'm human. I am going to upgrade the brain and the hats and of course add some more triggers. I would be foolish not to.

Feature:
the Kit i bought came with the bass pedal trigger assy. and the thrown. i had it put up and hooked up and playing on them in less than one hour............Sweet and Smooth Assembly

Quality:
Very Sturdy construction...........right down to the Frame to the actualy Snare/tom heads ..........they are Tuff......if you're wanting alot of sound and don't wanna break the bank getting it.........then this is the Kit for You

Value:
i got my set for 995.00 plus free shipping ..........man you can't buy good acoustic cymbols for an acoustic set for much under that....so my answer is HECK YEAH.......the Price is Right ON!

Desirability:
This Set is an Eye Grabber from the first time You walk into my studio...........People alway's Say "Wow" what a Cool Drum Set!

Sound:
i have a small home studio and this set let's me lay down drum traks while everybody is asleep at 3a.m. and man what an awesome sound this little set has.........32 drums kits wrapped up in a small package. They are Great!

Ease of Use:
I prefer this Vtour kit over my Slingerland Jazz Acoustic drum set. The Roland has 32 Excellent kits' wrapped up in on set. The TD3 Module is awesome!

Support:
Roland Help Desk has Excellent phone techs. that helped me solve a small set up problem i was having with the Snare Drum.........I've called them many times to ask questions and they were alway's very helpful.............Thanks Roland Support Team!

Overall:
I hope to have this set for many years to come, and if i should get rid of it, it'll be to upgrade to a more elaborate Roland Electronic Drum Set.........for Studio Use Electronic Drums are the only way to go!
